JAKARTA – Kasus penganiayaan di Cengkareng, Kapolsek mengakui sudah sempat mengamankan terduga pelaku, namun berdasarkan keterangan beberapa saksi yang tidak meyakinkan, pihaknya melepaskan kembali.
“Pelaku sudah kami amankan, namun berdasarkan keterangan beberapa saksi yang tidak meyakinkan, akhirnya kita lepaskan kembali,” kata Kapolsek Cengkareng Kompol Ardhie Demastyo saat dikonfirmasi melalui telepon seluler, Senin (2/1/2023).
Ardhie juga menjelaskan, terduga pelaku juga koperatif, apabila dilakukan pemanggilan kembali.

Ardhie juga menambahkan, kasus tersebut terus masih dalam tahap penyidikan, karena korban sendiri belum bisa dimintai keterangan.

Sebelumnya, terjadi penganiayaan terhadap Gunardi (54) warga RT 003. RW 001 Kelurahan Rawa Buaya, Kecamatan Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat pada Jum’at (30/12/2022) dini hari. Pihak keluarga minta kepolisian segera menangkap pelaku.
Korban, Gunadi (54) mengalami luka di kepala karena senjata tajam yang diduga dibawa pelaku.
Anak korban, Bambang Irawan (32) saat dikonfirmasi wartawan membenarkan, kalau ayahnya mengalami penganiayaan di kepala, karena senjata tajam.
“Ayah saya mengalami luka di kepalanya, dan sekarang dirawat di Rumah Sakit Cengkareng. Dan karena tersebut, Ayah saya mendapatkan 19 jahitan di kepala,” kata Bambang, Senin (2/1/2023).
Bambang juga menjelaskan, bahwa dirinya sudah membuat laporan ke Polsek Cengkareng pada tanggal 30 Desember 2022 pukul 03.30 dini hari.
“Saya sudah melaporkan ke Polsek, namun sampai hari ini Senin (2/1/2023) belum ada informasi terkait penangkapan terhadap pelaku,” ungkapnya.
Dirinya juga meminta kepada pihak kepolisian, agar segera menangkap pelaku penganiayaan, karena pihak keluarga juga merasa takut kalau ada kekerasan lagi.
“Saya harap Polsek Cengkareng Segera melakukan penangkapan terhadap pelaku, biar jelas motif apa sampai pelaku menyerang ayah saya,” jelasnya.
