JOMBANG ifakta.co – Tidak hanya di wilayah hukum Polres Kediri, 13 orang anggota perguruan silat karena berbuat onar di sejumlah tempat juga diamankan oleh Polres Jombang, Polda Jatim.
Ulah ke 13 orang oknum perguruan silat ini hingga mengakibatkan ada dua orang warga terluka. Selain itu sejumlah motor dan bangunan milik warga di jalan yang mereka lalui mengalami kerusakan.
Kapolres Jombang AKBP Moh. Nurhidayat melalui Kasat Reskrim Polres Jombang AKP Giadi Nugraha mengungkapkan, belasan pesilat tersebut membuat kerusuhan di tiga lokasi di wilayah Kecamatan Perak, Minggu (8/1/2023).
AKP Giadi menjelaskan, belasan pesilat tersebut mengikuti acara pembaiatan yang digelar perguruan, di daerah Mojoagung, Kabupaten Jombang.
Selepas acara pembaiatan, belasan orang tersebut melakukan konvoi hingga ke wilayah Kecamatan Perak, Kabupaten Jombang.
“Mereka dari acara perguruan (silat), di Mojoagung, kemudian mereka arak-arakan. Ada tiga TKP, semuanya ada di Kecamatan Perak,” kata Giadi, di Mapolres Jombang,Polda Jatim, Senin (9/1/2023).
Kasat Reskrim Polres Jombang menyebut, akibat ulah oknum anggota perguruan silat ini, terdapat lebih dari dua korban.
“Korban lebih dari dua orang. Kemudian barang yang rusak, antara lain ada motor ada juga bangunan. Dari ketiga TKP tersebut sudah ada yang melaporkan, hari ini kami lakukan pemeriksaan,” jelas AKP Giadi.
AKP Giadi menjelaskan, dari 13 pesilat yang diringkus Polisi, 3 di antaranya merupakan anak di bawah umur.
Adapun dari belasan pesilat tersebut, 5 di antaranya telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dan dijerat dengan pasal 170 KUHP tentang pengeroyokan.
“Sementara Lima orang sudah kita tetapkan tersangka, sementara yang lain masih kami dalami,” pungkas AKP Giadi.
