Polres Bondowoso Amankan Dua Orang Terduga Pelaku Tindak Kekerasan Terhadap Petugas Sat Pol PP

BONDOWOSO ifakta.co – Adanya laporan tentang dugaan kekerasan dengan pengancaman, Satreskrim Polres Bondowoso,Polda Jatim segera mendatangi tempat kejadian perkara (TKP).

Kapolres Bondowoso AKBP Wimboko melalui Kasat Reskrim Polres Bondowoso AKP Agus Purnomo menjelaskan, kejadian pengancaman tersebut terjadi di rumah Kasatpol PP pada Kamis (5/1/2023). Saat itu, beberapa orang laki – laki inisial GM dan MYH mendatangi rumah Kasatpol PP bersama tiga orang lainnya.

Setelah dilakukan penyelidikan, terungkap GM (54) adalah seorang purnawirawan TNI, asal Kecamatan Curahdami dan MYH (48) warga Desa Sumbersalam Kecamatan Tenggarang Kabupaten Bondowoso, Jawa Timur.

“Para tersangka datang untuk meminta klarifikasi tentang surat teguran penutupan usaha biliar milik tersangka GM,” kata AKP Agus, Senin (9/1/23).

Kemudian, saat purnawirawan TNI itu tiba di rumah Kasatpol PP, dia bertanya kepada tetangga terkait keberadaan Kasatpol PP Slamet Yantoko.

Mendapat jawaban bahwa yang bersangkutan tidak berada dirumah karena mobilnya tidak terlihat, , purnawirawan TNI itu marah, mengamuk, sambil berteriak meminta Kasatpol PP keluar. Selain itu, GM juga menendang pintu pagar rumah Kasatpol PP.

Perbuatan yang dilakukan oleh tersangka GM tersebut diikuti oleh tersangka MYH, sedangkan 3 orang lainnya hanya berdiri di depan rumah korban menyaksikan peristiwa tersebut,

“Kamu akan menutup biliarku? kamu di mana,? Kalau memang lagi sakit sekarang kamu di mana biar sekalian saya bunuh kamu,” jelas Kasat Reskrim menirukan ucapan GM.

Karena merasa terancam, Kasatpol PP Slamet Yantoko menghubungi Polres Bondowoso. Polisi mendatangi TKP dan mengamankan para pelaku tersebut.
