Polres Jakbar Berhasil Ungkap Produsen Tembakau Gorila di Bandung

ifakta.co, Jakarta – Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polres Metro Jakarta Barat berhasil mengungkap produsen pembuatan narkotika jenis tembakau sintetis gorila di wilayah Bandung, Jawa Barat. Hal ini diungkapkan saat menggelar konfrensi pers di Mapolres Jakarta Barat, 3 Januari 2020 siang.

Kapolres Metro Jakarta Barat Kombes Pol Audie S Latuheru mengatakan, berawal dari penangkapan terhadap seorang mahasiswa di kawasan Bekasi Jawa Barat pada Minggu 16 Februari 2020 lalu.

Dari hasil pemeriksaan, diketahui tersangka memesan tembakau gorila melalui media sosial. Kemudian petugas melakukan pengembangan hingga berhasil menggerebek sebuah unit apartemen yang dijadikan tempat pembuat tembakau gorila.

“Petugas langsung bergerak cepat dan berhasil mengamankan tersangka lain yang sedang meracik tembakau sintetis dengan bahan kimia,” ujar Audie.

Ditempat yang sama Kasat Narkoba Polres Metro Jakarta Barat Kompol Ronaldo Maradona Siregar menambahkan, dalam pembuatan tembakau sintetis tersebut tersangka melarutkan bahan kimia ke dalam cairan alkohol. Setelah larut kemudian cairan tersebut disiram ke tiap tembakau kering yang sudah disiapkan lalu dikeringkan hingga kemudian dikemas menggunakan plastik.

“Total tersangka yang kita amankan antaranya FJ (21), AA (22), YD (22), DP (23) dan OP (19),” tambahnya

Adapun total barang bukti yang berhasil disita sebanyak 35 paket tembakau sintetis gorila seberat 14 Kg.

“Para pelaku kita jerat Pasal 113 ayat (2) Sub 114 ayat (2) Sub 112 ayat (2) Jouncto Pasal 132 ayat (1) UU RI tentang narkotika dengan pidana penjara seumur hidup atau pidana penjara paling singkat 6 tahun dan paling lama 20 tahun,” pungkasnya. (amy)
