BPJS Kesehatan Hadirkan Mobile Customer Service di Seluruh Cabang Indonesia

Direktur Utama BPJS Kesehatan Fahmi Idris saat berkunjung di Puskesmas Tanah Abang, Jakarta Barat, Kamis 12 Desember 2019.

ifakta.co, Jakarta – Untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam mendapatkan akses pelayanan JKN-KIS , kini BPJS Kesehatan membuka pelayanan jemput bola yang diberi nama Mobile Customer Service (MCS). MBS ini tersebar diseluruh kantor BPJS Kesehatan diseluruh cabang di Indonesia.

Direktur Utama BPJS Kesehatan, Fahmi Idris menjelaskan, MCS ini dapat melayani seluruh administrasi kepesertaan BPJS Kesehatan. Mulai dari pendaftaran peserta baru, pencetakan kartu peserta, perubahan data kepesertaan seperti pindah fasilitas kesehatan, perubahan kelas perawatan, penambahan anggota keluarga, pemberian informasi dan pengaduan.

“Setiap hari MCS ini akan berkeliling sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan oleh kantor cabang BPJS Kesehatan di masing-masing wilayah,” kata Fahmi kepada wartawan saat jumpa pers di Puskesmas Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (12/12/2019) pagi.

Fahmi menerangkan, informasi jadwal MCS secara berkala bisa dilihat di akun media sosial BPJS Kesehatan atau masyarakat bisa menelpon kantor cabang terdekat, untuk mengetahui wilayah mana yang sedang didatangi oleh MCS.

“MCS kita dilengkapi dengan infrastruktur pendukung operasional pelayanan peserta. Jika masyarakat melihat MCS ada di kantor kelurahan, dipasar atau ditempat publik lainnya, silahkan jangan ragu untuk mendatanginya,” ujar Fachmi.

Fahmi menambahkan, selain hadir di tempat pelayanan publik, MCS juga akan hadir di Car Free Day dan kegiatan-kegiatan komunitas. (Amy)
