Apes, Gara-gara Gelap Mata Pria Kebumen ini Mendekam di Prodeo Nganjuk

ifakta.co, Nganjuk – Polres Nganjuk kembali berhasil mengamankan seorang pencuri kendaraan bermotor (Ranmor) bernama Mus (26) warga Kebumen, Jawa Tengah. Hal ini diungkapkan saat menggelar konfrensi pers di Mapolres Nganjuk, Jum’at 17 Januari 2020 siang.

Kapolres Nganjuk AKBP Handono  Subiakto menjelaskan, peristiwa itu terjadi ketika korban bernama Sukarno (40) sedang memarkir sepedanya di teras kantor PLAN PT. Borneo Jaya Sakti.

“Pada hari Selasa 7 Januari 2020 sekira pukul 16.30 Sukarno usai membeli obat di apotik ia memarkir sepeda motornya di teras kantor PLAN  PT.Borneo Jaya Sakti untuk bekerja,” kata Handono.

Melihat ada motor di parkir dalam kondisi kunci masih menempel, lanjut Kapolres, Mustofa gelap mata. Ia yang sejak tadi berteduh di teras itu bergegas menuntun keluar sepeda milik Sukarno dan melarikannya ke utara begitu kondisi di rasa aman.

“Aksi nekad Mus akhirnya terbongkar ketika ia hendak menggasak isi tas pinggang petugas Dishub yang tergeletak di ruang tunggu,” katanya.

Perbuatan nekad Mus yang kedua itu dipergoki petugas Polsek Kota yang Tengah yang tengah melaksanakan piket dan sedang berkeliling di terminal Nganjuk, langsung menginterogasi tersangka.

“Kepada Polisi Mus mengaku telah mencuri sepeda motor merk Honda Supra di desa Gandu, Kecamatan Bagor,” imbuh Handono.

Selanjutnya petugas mengamankan tersangka berikut barang bukti kejahatannya di Polsek Bagor untuk kemudian menjalani pemeriksaan di Mapolres Nganjuk.

“Untuk mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya itu Mus harus siap menjalani hukuman sesuai pasal yang di terapkan yaitu Pasal 362  KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman 8 tahun penjara,” pungkasnya. (may)
